I am a qualified Counsellor, Psychotherapist, Hypnotherapist and a  IACP Accredited Member.

I hold degrees in Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy, Cert in CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), Clinical Hypnotherapist, Anger Management, ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training). 

​I am an Eating Disorder Therapist, along with holding a professional diploma in weight management.
